Come see the 20-mule team and Borax wagons

from Death Valley, California

Only once in your lifetime will they be on the East Coast

Don't miss this opportunity, we will be there, so should you!

This is an historic event representing the 100th anniversary since the 20-mule team last came to the east coast.  The last trip was in 1917 when they were in Washington for the presidential inauguration parade for Woodrow Wilson.

On Sunday, July 2nd, 2017, there will be a free, public meet and greet for the 20-mule team and muleskinners to be held at the Queen Anne’s County 4H Park from 12-4pm.  On July 4th, the 20-mule team will be in the Nation’s Largest Independence Day Parade and events in Washington DC.

We encourage everyone to pass out this information and invite everyone you know to join in these free, historic, once in a lifetime events.  Just a thought to put this event into perspective: No one alive today ever saw the iconic 20-mule team on the east coast.  No one alive today will ever likely see them back on the east coast before perhaps the 200th Anniversary.

The following link will show a very short Twenty Mule Team Advertisement for the Pahrump, NA Parade May 2015.  It is particularly useful because it discusses the background of Borax and the mule team.  Furthermore, it shows the mule team working in the desert with old wagons.  We will be displaying brand new, exact replica wagons in the Independence Day Parade.  Click Here
