These English Schooling Chaps are made from the finest
choice split cowhide, providing extended wear and the best grip
available anywhere. Double stitched with durable nylon thread
throughout, heavy duty YKK zippers and nickel-plated buckles in front
and back. Adjustable back strap, contrast piping across yoke detail
& down leg, no fringe. Measures 18” Thigh, 13“ Knee, 11” Calf, 22“
Outseam(zipper from top to bottom), 26“ Inseam, 31” long from hip, 26“
waist at mid point with room to make smaller or larger. Like new, worn
once, very minor marks.

No Fringe Soft Suede Western Chaps Schooling Chaps English Chaps Brown
Western or English schooling chaps with adjustable back strap, no fringe. Not tagged as to brand or size, it measures 24” Thigh, 17 1/2“ Knee, 16” Calf, 22“ Outseam(zipper from top to bottom), 30 1/2“ Inseam, 37” long from hip. Waist is very adjustable as back strap has tons of holes & front strap has no holes on either strap, so buckle can be moved & you can punch holes where you need them. These chaps are very soft & flexible, not stiff, thick suede. Looks like front strap is a replacement that’s been glued across front. There is a small rip where original strap was & another small rip/hole on outside of right knee(see photo). Dirt/wear mainly to lower part of legs. Zippers work well. Make great work, trail or schooling chaps.

Not tagged as to brand, but is tagged Made in USA, size XL, it measures 28” Thigh, 19“ Knee, 15” Calf, 30 1/2“ Outseam(zipper from top to bottom), 31“ Inseam, 39 1/2” long from hip. These chaps are very soft & flexible, not stiff, thick suede. There is a small rip/hole on outside of right thigh near zipper(see photo), but it is on the piece that covers the zipper, not in chap itself. Dirt/wear mainly to lower part of legs. Zippers work well. Make great work, trail or schooling chaps.

Barnstable Western Schooling Suede Boot Cut Chaps offer a classic look in a sturdy well-made custom chap. Designed to fit comfortably over boots and provide ultimate protection, Barnstable Western Chaps are great for pleasure riding. These fine suede chaps are both attractive and durable. They are cut from the finest choice split cowhide, with double-needle stitching, yoke detail, and durable nylon thread throughout, heavy duty YKK zippers, and nickel plated buckles. English or schooling chaps with adjustable back strap, no fringe. Measures 19” Thigh, 14” Knee, 13” Calf, 24” Outseam(top to bottom of zipper on outside of leg), 26” inseam, 32 1/2” from hip to bottom. Waist largest measurement is 33”. Zippers work well. Lots of smooth spots on inside legs from contact with horse/saddle, some spots on outside legs, dirt on lower legs, small cuts to very outside edge of right thigh, looks like someone started to try cutting in some fringe. Still very usable as schooling chaps.

Waist is very adjustable as back strap has 7 holes with buckle & front strap has 5 holes with room to punch more, with middle adjustment measuring 36". These chaps are soft & flexible suede. Some dirt & stains mainly to insides of legs, & zippers work well. Brand unknown.

Ultrasuede is lighter & cooler than leather, is more colorfast, & dry cleans or washes beautifully, but is not as durable as leather. Features yolk trim, reinforced at top of thigh & trim at bottom of leg. Custom made so no tags, it measures 30” at waist at center hole with 2 holes on either side, 18 1/2" Upper Thigh, 16 1/2" Mid Thigh, 14" Knee, 14 1/2" Calf, 22" Outseam(top to bottom of zipper on outside), 23 1/4" Inseam, 35 1/2” Hip to very bottom of drape. Zippers work well! Excellent hardly used condition with light on mainly inside of bottom trim.
