No fill so use either as a lined rain sheet or as a lightweight turnout blanket. Not tagged as to size but flat measures approx 58-60" & was way too small on our 70" horse, especially with the tighter/higher fitting neck. Hose cleaned, no holes, light dirt but otherwise excellent used condition.

Polar is embroidered on it so assume this is the brand name. Very good used condition with a fabric rub on butt, minor dirt & a few tiny pricks or holes.
