Great caveson for aid in keeping horses mouth shut. Stamped HK inside a horseshoe on underside of center nose piece. Excellent used condition except surface cracking when tightly bent to strap that goes under chin. Smallest measurement of crown piece is 36" so this should be for a XL horse or WB.

Edged Patent Leather Show Browband and Caveson Set Red Black on Brown Tapered Show Caveson Set Gaited Horse
Caveson & browband set to use with bridle instead of regular
caveson for showing gaited breeds. Tapered browband is 1 1/8" wide at
the center and 7/8" wide at the ends. The outer rolled edge is black and
the center is red. Browband measures 15 1/2" & noseband is 10 1/2”.
Noseband has a round raised center with slightly lighter stitching
& measures 1" at center & tapers to 3/4" on the ends. New but
not tags so brand unknown, headstall is 1/4” brown with rubbed &
darkened edges. Leather looks like quality but due to storage leather is
surface cracking when tightly bent. Still feels supple so unsure why
surface cracking.
