Billy Royal?, stamped 784 on crown piece
1/4” wide rolled leather noseband & cheeks with 3/8” flat leather crown, adjustable on top of crown to fit a variety of head sizes. Attached twisted silver chain throatlatch included.

Vintage? Lt Breed Patent Leather Show Halter & Lead Set Arabian Morgan Cob Horse
Show halter with dotted center dark brown patent leather browband & matching but undotted noseband, halter is adjustable on both sides to fit a wide range of head sizes, & has leather throatlatch. Halter at largest is 36 1/2” & 29" at smallest adjustment including rings. Leather is 1/2” wide with scored edges, brow band is 15” long x 1 1/4” wide, noseband is 11" long not including rings x 1" wide. Leather show lead has a 22" long 1/8” wide flat link chain, small brass snap stamped Italy Ludell, is almost 9' long including chain, has rolled & stitched leather for the 1st 20", & has a leather hand stopper at end. Great show halter for Arabian or Light Breeds. Brand unknown, looks like quality & is probably vintage. Excellent condition, leather is supple & soft, snap is a bit stiff.

Arabian Cable Halter Arabian Show Halter Arab Halter Black Cable Thread Halter Chain Throatlatch Rhinestone Conchos
Great show halter for Arabians. Black cable halter with silver filigree beads on noseband & cheeks, adjustable crown, black "conchos" with rhinstone crystals, & silver flat chain throatlatch. Crown piece are made out of Biothane type material, so no leather cleaner needed, just wipe with damp cloth. Smallest measurement from ring to ring is approx 33” & largest approx 36", with 6 factory punched holes. Looks like new except missing a few small crystals in "conchos" but you would have to be really up close to see that. Brand unknown.

Vintage Billy Royal? Lt Breed or Arabian Horse Patent Leather Show Halter Red/White
Billy Royal
Show halter with red patent leather brow band & noseband with white raised center, halter is adjustable at crown to fit a wide range of head sizes, has leather throatlatch. Halter adjusted at largest is almost 38” & 33 1/2" smallest including rings with 8 adjustment holes. Leather is 3/8” wide brown with scored & darkened edges, brow band is 14 1/2” long x 3/4” wide, & noseband is just under 3/4" wide x 13 1/2" includin rings. Owner thinks this is a Billy Royal, used it on a 14.2h Arabian(on smallest adjustment) & has had for approx 30 yrs. Excellent hardly used condition, but noseband is a stress mark near the center, & white is slightly yellowed.

Believe this is a Billy Royal Thread Patent Leather Arab halter. 1/2” wide noseband with scalloped silver trim with gold tone accents, filigree gold beads on either side of a silver ferrule on each cheek, adjustable crown & gold rimmed silver conchos. No throat chain or lead included. Silver trim sticks off from noseband a bit in very center.

Rolled Leather Arabian Show Halter with Lead Light Breed Show Halter & Chain Lead Brown
1/4” wide rolled leather noseband, browband & cheeks with 1/2” doubled & stitched flat leather adjustable crown & single ply leather throatlatch & curb strap. Halter measures 42” from ring, around crown & back to other ring at largest adjustment & 37 1/2” at smallest adjustment. Comes with almost 7' leather lead with 22” long 3/8” flat link silver tone chain for almost 9' total length. Leather was a bit dry so we conditioned it, but does have some surface cracking. No maker mark, so brand unknown, but is a quality piece.

Billy Royal? Vintage Leather Arabian Show Halter Lt Breed Show Halter with Silver Yearling/S Horse

1/2” wide flat leather, stitched for elegance, edges darkened, stainless steel hardware & trimmed with 1/4” engraved silver on brow band & noseband. Comes with throatlatch & leather curb strap with loose ring to attach lead shank to. Curb strap is removable if you prefer to use a chain shank. Elegant vintage show halter with no stamping or maker mark we can find. Would look great on an Arabian, Morgan or Light Breed horse. Silver looks real(sterling) & is NOT German silver. Silver trim is attached with Chicago screws & since leather is relatively thin, these do stick out on underside as bumps. May have been designed this way for added friction & thus control over the horses face. Measures largest from ring to ring over crown is 34 1/2", smallest 31" but more could be punched, noseband not including rings is 11", browband including throatlatch is 15 1/2". Leather Is soft, supple & excellent quality. A very nice vintage halter!

1/2” wide scored leather show halter or caveson set with 1” tapered to 5/8" red/brown patent leather noseband, 1 11/16” tapered to 15/16" browband, & 1/4" rolled leather throatlatch. Cheeks adjust on both sides with brass buckles to fit a variety of head sizes. Largest measurement is 38” ring to ring over crown, & smallest is 30 1/2". Very nice quality show halter for Arabians, Morgans, Gaited breeds, etc. Brand unknown, but is quality leather. Add chin strap to make caveson, or chain lead to use as a show halter.

3/8” wide scored leather show halter or caveson set with 1” tapered black/red patent leather noseband, 1 1/4” tapered brow band, & 3/8” flat leather throatlatch. Cheeks & throatlatch adjust on both sides to fit a variety of head sizes. All buckles are roller buckles. Largest measurement is 37”. Very nice quality show halter for Arabians, Morgans, Gaited breeds, etc. No maker mark found, brand unknown. Black Billy Royal show lead SL5 goes well with this halter. Add chin strap to make caveson, or chain lead to use as a show halter.

Vintage Circle Y Leather Arabian Show Halter Lt Breed Show Halter with Alpaca Mexico Sterling? Silver
Circle Y
1/2” wide doubled & stitched leather with rubbed & darkened edges, stainless steel hardware, roller buckles, & trimmed with 5/16” engraved silver on brow band & noseband. Comes with throatlatch stamped Circle Y & has 1 1/2" raised rope edged engraved silver conchos at corners of browband. Conchos stamped on back Alpaca Mexico so should be sterling silver. Adjusts on top of crown & measures ring to ring largest adjustment 36" & smallest 32 1/2". Elegant vintage show halter, would look great on an Arabian, Morgan or Light Breed horse. Silver trim is attached with Chicago screws & since leather is relatively thin, these do stick out on underside as bumps. May have been designed this way for added friction & thus control over the horses face. Leather is soft, supple & excellent quality. A very nice vintage halter!

Adjusts on top of crown & measures ring to ring largest adjustment 37" & smallest 34" with room to punch more holes. Elegant vintage show halter with no stamping or maker mark we can find. Would look great on an Arabian, Morgan or Light Breed horse. Silver looks real(sterling) & is NOT German silver. Silver trim is attached with Chicago screws & since leather is relatively thin, these do stick out on underside as bumps. May have been designed this way for added friction & thus control over the horses face. A few pulled stitches at bottom at left ring, but leather is soft, supple & excellent quality. A very nice vintage halter!
