Vintage Horse Driving Harness Saddle & Girth Vintage driving harness saddle with girth & shaft carriers with tie downs. Padded leather lining of saddle, old buckles & metal rings/fittings. Some leather cracking, a small area of padding cracked, & torn at bottom & area of leather missing on 1 metal lined shaft carrier. Looks like saddle part was originally patent leather as there is still some shine left to it. Measures approx 17” from center of gullet to bottom of padding as shown in photo. Restore to use, or use as a decoration. Owner thinks it is very old & has not been used in a long time. Age & maker unknown.
