Vintage Japan China Bay Brown Walking Horse Figurine

Vintage china horse figurine in glossy brown with white on underside & legs, black hooves, mane & tail, dot & slash painted eyes. Approx 4 3/8” tall x 5 1/2” long with small breather hole in belly. Not stamped as to maker but is vintage Japan china approx 50 years old & has small loop with hole in center of neck. Believe this was for a chain that possibly attached it to 2 smaller horses. No cracks, breaks, crazing, etc. Great vintage piece.

Vintage china walking mama orange tiger or tabby cat carrying kitten in her mouth. Stamped A363 on belly but brand unknown. Mama cat measures 5 1/4" to top of her tail which is the tallest point & is approx 7" long. Nice shading & detail to this piece with nice eyes hit with gloss, pink noses & shaded paws. Mama is mint except for tiny chip to inside of right ear & kitten has tiny chip to left ear & inside or right ear(see photos). Rare piece as we have never seen any exactly like this in any color.

Design Quest Carousel Horse China Horse Figurine on Gold Metal Base
Design Quest, Philippines
Porcelain resin white/gray horse with red roses, blue breast collar, gold bridle, gold trim on pink & blue saddle cloth & gold rimmed saddle. Horse is mounted on a gold pole & decorative gold tone metal base. Gold foil sticker on base says “Design Quest Corporation, Made in the Philippines, Copyright”. The company called Design Quest came out with a very attractive collection in the early 1990’s, but it lasted only a short time, so they are limited in quantity available. Original sticker with numbers 999/11013(production amount??) & price of $25 on bottom of base as well. Horse looks mint & only when going over it by feel & magnifying glass we think there may be a tiny tail tip missing, but hard to tell. Great hard to find piece.

Hand painted resin brown horse or pony on grassy base. Small sticker on bottom of base says “Made in Taiwan“. Measures approx 3 1/2” tall x 4 1/2” long. Small scratch or flaw on left hip(see photo), otherwise mint.

Creamy light brown & white horse or pony lying on grassy base. Small blue/white sticker on bottom of base says “Made in Japan“. Measures approx 2” tall x 3” long. Came from a collector, minor dust residue that will clean off, otherwise mint. Age unknown, possibly vintage.

Vintage Lugenes Japan China Indian Horse Figurine with Real Fur Mane & Tail
Lugenes, Japan
Vintage china horse figurine in glossy reddish brown with hand painted eyes, black hooves, real rabbit fur strips glued on top of mane & tail, has glued on Indian looking saddle blanket & gold thread “bridle“. Approx 3 1/2” tall x 5 1/2” long with hollow legs instead of breather holes. Has string tag around neck with “The Ozark Nag“ on it & red/gold foil sticker on belly says “Lugenes Japan“. No cracks or breaks, minor crazing on left side of nose by gold thread small factory flaws on left hip, belly & butt & a few small rubs to left shoulder under the gloss, so was done at factory. Great vintage piece.
