Vintage Thoroughbred Horse Decorative Tile F.W. Davis TB Horse Ceramic Tile Hand Screened Decorative Ceramic Tile

Vintage ceramic tile with black & white(pen & ink drawing copy?) head/neck of TB horse in English bridle with F.W. Davis signed at left. Has words Thoroughbred underneath. Tile measures 6” x 6” & has cork on back, so this can safely be placed on any surface without scratching & a loop for hanging this on the wall if you prefer. A tiny red mark on right top corner that seems to have been put there before firing, otherwise no cracks or breaks. Owner has had in their collection for almost 20 years. Great vintage piece. Was a gift, so has a To: From: names & date of Dec 24th 1993 written in pen on cork on back. Also has a large sticker on the back with information about the artist, Francis W. Davis.

Vintage ceramic tile with Grey & Chestnut horses in English bridles. Tile measures 6” x 6” & has cork on back, so this can safely be placed on any surface without scratching, but cork has come loose from tile & is easily glued back on. A itty bitty tiny chip on right top corner that seems to have been put there before firing, otherwise no cracks or breaks. Owner has had in their collection for almost 20 years. Great vintage piece.

Vintage Hagen Renaker #163 Raccoon Mama Second Version HR Mini China Raccoon Figurine
Hagen Renaker, CA
Vintage mini raccoon figurine in reddish brown with black nose, tail rings, & white marks around black rimmed brown eyes. Manufactured Fall 1972 to Fall 1981, approx 1 1/4” high, glossy finish. Designed by Tom Masterson it is in the Miniatures line of HR models. Considered model #A-163, it is considered the 2nd Version. Left ear tip & left paw are missing & small chip to side of black nose, otherwise no crazing or other flaws that we can see. Remnants of paper card on bottom. Was not issued with a box.

Vintage Japan China Horse Black Porcelain Horse Figurine Semi Rearing Horse

Vintage china horse figurine in black with white on front legs, hand painted eyes with eye whites & a touch of gloss & grey hooves. Matte finish. 5 3/4” tall x 6” long. Stamped Japan on bottom of left front foot. No cracks, breaks, crazing, etc, but does have a few faint scratches on belly(from someone removing sticker?) that do not go all the way down to white china below. Great vintage piece.

Vintage Ceramica De Cuernavaga German Shepherd Figurine Porcelain German Shepherd Dog Lying Mexico SA de CV China German Shepherd Pottery
Ceramica De Cuernavaga, Mexico
Vintage porcelain lying German Shepherd dog figurine with crossed front paws, hand painted eyes, teeth & tongue made by the Ceramica De Cuernavaga pottery which stopped production in the 1980's. This piece should be from 1987 from what we could find, & is numbered on the underside of chest between front legs with a 3. No maker marks or stamps on the bottom other than a large breather hole & a sticker for $829.00. Measures approx 11" long x 7" high x 6" wide. Mint condition except for a tiny spot on butt & tail that look like a raised flaw in glaze that got knocked off(see inset). A lovely vintage piece & great for collectors of vintage potteries or German Shepherd dogs.

Vintage Japan China Terrier Airedale Fox Terrier Wire Hair Terrier China Dog Figurine
This is a cute little Airedale Terrier (could be a Fox Terrier or a Wire Haired Terrier) dog figurine that was most likely made in the 1950’s or 60’s. Stamped Japan on bottom of 1 foot. This porcelain figurine has a lovely glossy body in shades of white & brown. The dog measures approximately 2” tall x 3 3/8” long. There is no color on the eyes, nose or mouth so almost looks unfinished but is glossed all over like it was finished. It is in very good vintage condition with some original defects & dark spots that are on the white but under the gloss, so was done during the making. There are marks on the bottom of the feet from glue squares or sticky tape that must have held him in place on the shelf or other object. There are no chips, cracks or repairs that we can see. This would make a great little gift for any dog lover, your favorite breeder or a thank your for your vet or pet sitter.
