Vintage Hard Plastic Western Horse & Saddle with Foal Figurine on Base Hong Kong
Made in Hong Kong
Vintage hard plastic horse figurine with molded on Western saddle & bridle, these were hand painted & produced in the 1960's. This figurine originally came with a matching foal with both glued onto a wood grain look plastic base, and usually came with a clear plastic square cover that snapped onto the base. This is missing the matching foal, only his feet glued on to base remain. Stamped on bottom of base is "Made in Hong Kong, NO.104-5B” & stamped on horses butt is BERMUDA, so assume this came from a gift shop on Bermuda. This came from a collector & is in excellent to mint condition with only the foal missing, the horse is slightly yellowed & there are small tape marks on cover.

Vintage pewter horse foal colt standing. Measures approx 3 1/4" high x 4" long x 1" wide. Lovely patina. Stamped Kirk Pewter on belly. Fairly heavy. Great for decorating or collecting. Finish on 1 hind hoof is a bit rough.

Vintage Lead Horse Figurine Metal Toy Horse Black
This solid lead or metal(does not react to magnet) horse figurine is painted solid black with 4 white stockings withh grey hooves, blaze face with white muzzle & pinking inside nostrils & liip line. Measures approx 4" tall x 4 1/4" long. A few rubs throughout & eyes are sloppy, but there are no breaks. Brand or age is unknown.

Vintage Dated Lenox Princeton Gallery Collectible 18 Carousel Horses & Stand
Princeton Gallery, Lenox
This is a Lenox Princeton Gallery cherry wood two-tier carousel stand with 18 detailed little horses: 1 for each 12 months & 6 holidays. Each horse is meticulously hand painted, has a jewel set in its bridle, has a pole through the center & mounted on a base. The horses are posed in traditional carousel horse posses and are outfitted with detailed & decorative tack. The stand is of cherry and is beautifully finished with a gold scroll on the peaked cherry top & finished off with a polished brass knob. Each piece is dated on the bottom 1994 & says what month or holiday it represents. Originally each horse cost over $20.00. Here is a chance to get a true collectors item that you will want to keep and hand down for years to come. This beautiful item is in excellent condition, but was displayed so there is minor dust & a few of the brown bases or stands have tiny pinpoint dings to edges that could be hidden with a touch from a brown Sharpie pen. Each horse will be carefully packed separately. We see no chips, breaks, etc on the horses & cherry wood stand is lovely.

Vintage Eggshell Art Owl Inside Egg Shell Shadowbox
Tiny owl on a branch with tree/brush next to it, all inside a hollowed eggshell painted pink & trimmed with tiny gold cord & on a clear ring "base”. Very nicely done. No cracks or breaks, minor dust inside shell. Maker/artist nor age unknown.

This lead horse figurine came from a collector, so we do not know age nor maker, but is a vintage piece. Measures approx 2 3/4” tall x 3 1/2” long it is painted black with white feet & spot on forehead. Has no reaction to magnet. Paint is flaking off, but there are no breaks, dings, etc.

Vintage Look White Carousel Horse Figurine on Wooden Base Americana Home Decor
Lovely vintage look polyresin(?) white carousel horse figurine on wooden pole, on wooden base. Sculpted on saddle & blanket, painted on breast collar & bridle. Measures approx 12 1/2” tall to top of pole x approx 8” long, with base measuring 5 3/8” x 4 3/8” x 1 1/2” tall, this is a fairly heavy piece. Great Decor for baby's room, Americana or collectors of carousel horse pieces. Brand or maker not known, we think this horse is a poly resin made to look like wood as there are seams on the underside. This has been on display in our store, so no box.

Lovely handmade metal rocking horse figurine made to look like a vintage rocking horse. Tagged A Foreside Copyright Design Gorham, Maine Made in India. Measures almost 13\rdblquote tall x 18\rdblquote long, this is a fairly heavy piece & is from the 1970's. Great Holiday Decor, Folk Art or collectors of rocking horse pieces. The ears are curled at top but came that way from maker. A few minor dings of missing paint from edges, otherwise excellent condition.

Vintage? Fully Articulated Wooden Horse Wood Horse Mannekin Movable Artists Carved Horse Figurine Sculpture
Carved wood mannekin or figurine of a horse with head, neck, shoulders, legs & feet all movable/posable, Has real horsehair tail & comes on a gold tone metal pole that attaches to a wood base. Stands a little over 12" tall x approx 12" long. No maker mark or label anywhere, but you can see inisde butt cheeks or underside of head that is is carved wood not machine stamped. Neck moves mainly side to side & can be curled, head moves up/out or down, legs/feet can be posed numerous ways, hind legs can be extended out from the butt & swivel port on belly allows this to rear, stand, jump, etc. Great for artists to study form & movement or as a conversation piece for the horse lover. Nice light colored blonde wood. Age unknown but possibly vintage.

PJ's Carousel Collection Dentzel Stander Carousel Horse on Wooden Base Carousel Horse Replica Dollywood
PJ's Carousel Collection, Newbern, VA
This classic carousel stander is typical of the grace and style of the Philadelphia Toboggan Company (PTC) in the 1920's. This is in a limited edition series that should was limited to 91 pieces. Description: 13 1/2" high to top of pole x 11" wide x 4 1/4" deep including the brass pole and ball and wood base. The plaque shows "PJ's Carousel Collection, The Original Dentzel Stander Operates at Dollywood-Pigeon Falls, TN, 90-0091, made in Newbern, VA." Each PJ's carousel piece is totally hand produced beginning with the carving of the carousel original by their Virginia artists. Each original is then molded, and the handcrafting begins as the mold is poured with Gemwood. All pieces are individually cleaned and the base color applied. Each is then hand painted by a single Virginia craftsperson to produce the finished piece, which makes each horse unique. Signed in mold by artist, Michelle Phelps, 90, & PJs copyright symbol. This aristocratic brown stander with two white socks used to operate at Dollywood Park, Pigeon Forge, TN. That carousel has been sold. Dentzel's collection of carousel horses were set apart from his contemporaries with delicate figures hanging from the trappings. There is the head of an eagle, falcon or similar bird incorporated into the back of the saddle. Owner bought this new in she thinks the 1980's. It has been displayed so there is some minor dust/dirt & minor corrosion to the brass pole, & unfortunately the 3 legs that contact the ground were broken when item was shipped to us, so there are clear break lines on those 3 repaired legs. This horse is currently listed on PJ's website for sale for $260.

Vintage Cast Iron Horse Drawn U.S. Mail Wagon US Mail Truck Mail Man Driving Horse & Wagon Figurine Metal Toy
Cast iron metal figurine of a man driving a brown horse pulling a US Mail truck/wagon. Lots of detail to this piece including raised yellow detailing on mail wagon, blurry number 128 on side, red wheels & shafts, brown horse with molded on harness & male driver. Appears to be missing the reins. Wheels/shafts/horse is 1 piece, wagon the 2nd piece & driver is the 3rd piece as they all attach with a tab & slot. Brand or maker unknown. Measures approx 11 1/2” long x 6” high, approx 5 lbs. Both horse & wagon have center seams with small gap. No chips, breaks, missing pieces(other than reins), etc were found, & only a few discolored spots on wheels. Minor dust from being displayed. Came from a collection, owner deceased so we can't ask questions.
