Leather Lead with Chain Show Lead Chain Single Ply Leather with 26” Chain
1” wide good quality single ply leather lead with scored & darkened edges, & silver tone 7/16” link chain with snap. 26” long chain including snap, leather almost 6' long for total length of a little over 8'. Great show lead. Brand unknown. Leather is flexible & snap works well.

Vintage Buckstitch Leather Lead with Chain 1980s Show Lead w/Chain Buck Stitched Leather with 30” Chain Dark Oil
1” wide leather lead with rubbed & darkened edges, doubled & stitched with buckstitching for 1st 30", then single ply leather, & has silver tone 5/8” wide link 30" long chain with snap. Total length is almost 8 1/2'. Brand unknown, but buckstitching was popular in the 1970's-80's(?) & was used on saddles, bridles & show halters/leads. Leather is still supple although does have some surface cracking when tightly bent. Chain has some rust on it but snap works well.

1” single ply leather lead with brass 5/8” chain with snap. 30” chain including snap, leather 6’ long. Some scuffs, chew marks & surface cracking but leather is still supple, & some corrosion on chain. Makes a great stud lead due to extra long chain. Brand unknown.

3/4” quality leather lead with 7/16” flat link chain with snap. 30” chain w/snap, leather approx 4 1/2' long & is doubled & stitched for the 1st 24". Excellent hardly used condition, only a few small scuffs. Use with your show, stable, track or sale halter for your quality horse. Brand unknown but quality leather.

Leather Lead Shank Leather Repair
Single leather split rein would make a great leather lead shank, just add replacement chain(we have them for $6.95-see HDW252 under Halter/Leads pg 2) or a snap. Has Chicago screw & edges are rubbed & darkened. Measures 7/8” x over 7' long. Brand unknown. Leather is sturdy but flexible.

Partial Doubled & Stitched Leather Lead with Chain Show Lead Chain 24” Chain Dark Brown
Made of 3/4” quality partially doubled & stitched leather lead with 3/8” flat link nickel 24" chain with snap & approx 6 1/2’ leather shank. Rubbed & darkened edges, 1st 15" is doubled with Chicago screws so that chain is removable/replaceable. Supple yet strong quality leather. Great for stable, track, show, or stud use. Brand unknown.
