They are very useful when a horse's mouth is sore, or if the demands of your sport require you to pull harder than is appropriate with a mouthpiece bit. The wide fleece lined adjustable leather noseband is more humane than thinner, rough-textured nosebands. Features 7 3/8" Chromed steel shanks & comes with single link curb chain. Shanks not as rusty, comes with double link curb chain Can be used English or Western, some use for Jumping.
