4 1/2" Long Shank Weymouth Curb Bit Low Port English Bit

4 1/2” low port mouthpiece, 7 1/2” shanks, has chrome curb chain
hooks & flat link curb chain. Mouthpiece was wrapped in bit wrap,
which has been removed, but left mouthpiece sticky. Can be rewrapped. Brand unknown.

4 1/2” thick(approx 7/8”) mouthpiece with very slight
arch or low port for full palate clearance. 5 1/2” shank, not counting
loose curb rein ring at bottom, with ring for lip strap & loose ring
for curb rein. Comes with Never Rust or German silver curb chain hooks,
but no chain.

Nickel Brass alloy
4 1/2” medium port mouthpiece(measured inside shank to inside shank) & 7” shanks that are fixed with loose rein rings & ring for lip strap. Does not have curb chain hooks or chain. One shank is bent slightly as seen in photo. Not stamped, but should be Never Rust & made in England. Vintage bit.

Albacon 4 3/4” German Silver Dressage Curb Bit with Curb Chain Never Rust Low Port Weymouth Bit
Albacon German Silver or Never Rust?
4 3/4” thick(approx 5/8”) mouthpiece with arch or low port that measures approx 1" from top of port to bottom of mouthpiece. 4 3/4” fixed shank, not counting loose curb rein ring at bottom, with ring for lip strap & loose ring for curb rein. Comes with stainless steel curb chain & hooks. Bit is either Never Rust or Albacon German silver as it does not react to magnet & has slight green spots on it but is not marked, so brand unknown. Albacon is made from copper enhanced German Silver to help stimulate salivation, prevent dry mouth & encourage bit acceptance.
