Vintage Western Show Curb Chain Leather Curb Chain Western Curb Strap Alpaca Mexico Silver Buckles Chin Strap Mexico
1/2” bridle leather curb chain with darkened edges, engraved silver buckles, keepers, & tips & 2 factory punched holes on each side. Has flat link curb chain that has a greenish tinge & some rust in centers of links, so may be a nickel alloy. Measures approx 10” at longest adjustment. Brand unknown, but silver is marked on back Alpaca Mexico but also has a greenish tinge to it so may be more a nickel silver. This came in on a lovely vintage headstall, so this should be vintage as well. Leather is supple with only light wear & some dark spots from contact with horse.
